March 2014 Circle Meetings

Following our strategy meeting earlier this year we have re-introduced quarterly circle meetings for our management team. The first meeting was well attended and a great opportunity for the managers to get together (sat around a circular table) and discuss how we can better service our customers. It shows the commitment of our staff , willing to stay outside of hours to help improve the service we give our customers.
