We are very proud to have been able to support Chris Howard and David Roberts on their Walking Kent’s Castles challenge. They started the 220 mile walk on the 27th April, with the last walk on the 22nd May. The route will take them past 25 of Kent’s Castles. The money raised will be supporting two charities Muscular Dystrophy UK and SANDS (Stillbirth & Neonatal Deaths).
On the 19th May 10 members of the R&B Team (Bob, Anthony, Caine, Tiana, Ricky, Struan, Glenn, Tony, Clare, Stephen) dusted off their walking boots and took part in the 10 mile walk between Allington Castle and Leeds Castle with Chris and David, they have raised an impressive £1,215 with donations still coming in. The walk was finished with a lovely BBQ in the Maiden Towner at Leeds Castle. Along with the BBQ there were games for the children and adults, a auction and tombola.
